It takes a leader from a constitutionally secular country that ban headscarves to speak up against the crimes of Israel.

Somebody bring back the Caliphate. We have a suitable candidate. Recep Tayyip Erdogan is my new hero.
Move aside Obama, this guy is the real Hope.

January 31, 2009 at 7:08 AMI was very very disappointed with Egypt yesterday when I saw the news that they refused entry to a ship from Iran bearing food and medical supplies for the Gazan.
Plus that they, the only other neighbour of Gaza apart from Israel and the Mediterranean, refused to open its borders to let the Gazan civilian to escape the bombardment of their city.
Yes, they are afraid of Israel, I know. They've fought against Israel and lost their Sinai years back and they refused the Iranian ship to avoid that stigma the west have against Iran. Still, it is something that I can't quite accept.

I don't think that was intentional. It was all political. I'm sure huge lot of Egyptians would stand against that.

If Erdogan is really against Israel, he should stop the diplomatic relationship with Israel and stop all trading with Israel as Turkey is the biggest trading partner of Israel in the Middle East.
Do you guys know that they had a conversation after this incident?
We don't need drama. We need action!
Forget the Arabs! Forget the UN! Forget all these coward people! We need to act within our own capacity:
- make doa for the people of Palestine. May Allah protect them and may the world leave in peace and harmony
- sign petition ie express our concern about this issue so that more and more people will realize how barbaric the Israelis are.
- boycott! This actually work if all of us unite.
- go for peace demonstration!
- understand more about the Palestine-Israeli issue - history, hypocrisy and agenda of the real terrorist. Of course, share with others! Some people are just ignorant, like me.
and the list goes on..
By the way, the MERCY Malaysia's noble help to Gaza should be encouraged. This should be one of the ways to help the people of Gaza rather than having the never-ending, pointless, wasteful conferences.
May the people of Palestine leave in peace in harmony in the years to come.
